Note regarding Captivation Genius: Captivation Genius is operated by a separate legal entity, 10234931 Manitoba Ltd. While The Boss Life and Captivation Genius are closely related and may be referenced together in our programs and marketing, they are distinct companies with their own agreements. Where you have a separate agreement with Captivation Genius, that agreement governs your relationship with that entity.
Note regarding Captivation Hub: Captivation Hub is operated by a separate legal entity, 10112746 Manitoba Ltd. While The Boss Life and Captivation Hub are closely related and may be referenced together in our programs and marketing, they are distinct companies with their own agreements. Where you have a separate agreement with Captivation Hub, that agreement governs your relationship with that entity.
1.2 Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you represent and warrant that:

4.2 One-Time Purchases

4.3 Subscription and Recurring Billing
For Services offered on a subscription basis:

If a scheduled payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received. We may retry the charge using your payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

5.4 Chargebacks
Initiating or allowing a chargeback or payment dispute is not an acceptable method of requesting a refund and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback:
• Your access to all Services, communities, and bonuses may be suspended or terminated immediately.
• We may provide account, access, and usage records to the payment processor or financial institution.
• You may be held responsible for chargeback fees and administrative costs.
• You may be permanently barred from future purchases.
5.5 Discretionary Refunds
Any refund, if ever issued, is provided solely at the discretion of The Boss Life, is not guaranteed, does not set precedent, and does not waive or modify this policy. If a discretionary refund is issued, all access to the applicable Service, community, and bonuses will be terminated immediately.
5.6 Product-Specific Refund Policies

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
6.2 Limited License
When you purchase or access a Service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the applicable materials for your personal, educational, or internal business use only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not:
• Share your account login or allow any other person to access your account.
• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or publish any content from our Services.
• Use our materials to create competing courses, training programs, or products.
• Repackage, resell, sublicense, or teach our core methods or frameworks as your own program.

White-label use does not grant ownership of the underlying platform or intellectual property.
6.4 Your Content
When you submit content through our Services — including testimonials, community posts, feedback, or materials uploaded to a software platform — you retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content in connection with delivering and operating our Services.

6.5 IP Violations

• Attempt to defraud or manipulate The Boss Life staff or other users.
• Use our Services to build competing platforms or products.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass platform security.
• Misuse AI tools, automations, or other system resources (where applicable).
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with The Boss Life.
7.2 Community Standards
Where our Services include access to a community, group, or membership space, you agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. Specific community guidelines may be posted within the community platform.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove you from any community or group for any conduct we determine to be harmful, inappropriate, or contrary to community standards. Removal from a community does not constitute a refund.

8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
8.1 General Disclosure

These may include tools developed or operated by third parties such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), or systems integrated within our own platforms.
Artificial intelligence systems generate content probabilistically. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, original, unique, compliant with third-party rights, or free from legal risk.
8.2 No Warranty on AI Outputs
The Boss Life makes no representations or warranties that any AI-generated output, prompt result, workflow, template, or strategy provided through our Services will be:
• Accurate, complete, or error-free
• Original or non-infringing of any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Free from defamatory, misleading, or otherwise unlawful content

AI-generated content may be substantially similar to content generated for other users or to publicly available content. We do not represent or warrant that any AI output will be exclusive to you.
8.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and ensuring that any content you generate or implement using AI tools, prompts, or strategies provided through our Services:
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is appropriate for your specific business, audience, and jurisdiction
The Boss Life does not monitor or supervise how you implement AI-generated content. All decisions regarding publication, distribution, and commercial use are made solely by you.
8.4 Indemnification for AI Use
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Boss Life, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of AI-generated content or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right in connection with your use of our Services.

• Your results will vary based on factors including your experience, effort, business model, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.
• All content and materials we provide are for educational and informational purposes only, and do not constitute financial, legal, professional, or investment advice.
• You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals — including accountants, lawyers, and advisors — before making any business or financial decisions.
9.2 Testimonial License
By submitting testimonials, feedback, comments, case studies, or other content — in any format, including written, audio, video, or social media — you grant The Boss Life a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute your content (including your name, likeness, and stated results) for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your testimonial or likeness to be used, you must submit a written request to [email protected].
9.3 Live Events and Media Release
When you participate in any live webinar, workshop, training session, or event hosted by The Boss Life, you acknowledge that:
• Sessions may be recorded, including your voice, image, name, and contributions.
• You may be unmuted at any time and may speak or receive live coaching.
• Photos, screenshots, and video footage may be taken during live events.
• You grant The Boss Life a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such recordings and media for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.

10. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
10.1 Consent to Communications

• That any third-party tools, integrations, or platforms referenced in our programs will remain available, functional, or compatible.

Nothing in our Services constitutes legal, financial, medical, intellectual property, compliance, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.

13.2 Cap on Liability
In no event shall The Boss Life's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total amount paid by you to The Boss Life during the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Basis of the Bargain
The limitations set out in this section apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if The Boss Life has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that these limitations are a fundamental part of the basis of the bargain between you and The Boss Life.

14. TERMINATION
14.1 Termination by Us

• You commit or attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, or other financial misconduct.

14.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your access:
• You must immediately cease using all affected materials and destroy any copies in your possession, except where retention is required by law.
• Any outstanding payment obligations remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Termination by You

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The arbitration shall take place in the Province of Manitoba, Canada, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
