Any references to "The Boss Life," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to 10112746 Manitoba Ltd. and its affiliated operating brands.

OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by The Boss Life, including but not limited to online courses, masterminds, live events, software subscriptions, and digital programs (collectively, "Products" or "Services").

Where a product-specific refund policy exists for a particular program or service, that product-specific policy governs and takes precedence over this General Refund Policy. In the absence of a product-specific policy, this General Refund Policy applies in full.

By completing any purchase from The Boss Life, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases of Products and Services from The Boss Life are final and non-refundable.

Because the majority of our products are digital in nature and access to content, materials, community resources, software features, and intellectual property is granted upon or shortly after purchase, the value delivered cannot be returned.

This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

- Pay-in-full purchases

- Payment plan installments already collected

- Partial completion or non-completion of any program or course

- Failure to access, log in to, or use any Product or Service

- Dissatisfaction with content, delivery, pacing, or outcomes

- Changes in personal, business, or financial circumstances

- Failure to implement strategies, systems, or methods taught

- Inability or decision not to use any recommended third-party tools or integrations

- Requests made after access or content delivery has begun, regardless of how many modules, sessions, or features have been accessed

- Inactivity or non-use during any subscription or program period

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason.

2. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC POLICIES

Where The Boss Life has issued a separate, product-specific refund policy for a particular program, mastermind, software subscription, or event, that policy is incorporated by reference into your purchase agreement and governs your rights with respect to that specific product.

Product-specific policies take precedence over this General Refund Policy. If no product-specific policy exists, this General Refund Policy applies.

Copies of applicable product-specific refund policies are made available at the point of purchase and through the relevant program portal or sales page.

3. COURSES AND DIGITAL PROGRAMS

For online courses and digital education programs, access to course materials, training content, community resources, and associated intellectual property is granted upon purchase. Content may be released on a progressive schedule beginning on the program launch date or the date of purchase.

Because digital content delivery begins at or near the time of purchase and such content cannot be returned, all purchases are final.

No refund will be issued for:

- Any course, program, or digital product once access has been granted

- Any portion of a course that has or has not been accessed

- Programs purchased under a payment plan, whether or not all installments have been completed

4. MASTERMINDS AND COACHING PROGRAMS

Mastermind and coaching program purchases represent a commitment to a seat, access to live sessions, community resources, coaching calls, and associated materials. Because a seat is held for you and program resources are prepared in advance of your participation, all mastermind and coaching program purchases are final.

No refund will be issued based on:

- Inability to attend scheduled calls or sessions

- Dissatisfaction with the group, facilitator, or program format

- Changes in personal or business goals

- Failure to implement or achieve desired results

5. LIVE EVENTS

Tickets and registrations for live or virtual events are non-refundable. Where a specific event cancellation or transfer policy exists, that policy governs the event and will be communicated at the point of purchase.

In the event of a postponement or cancellation by The Boss Life or we will communicate replacement options in writing. Refunds in that circumstance are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

6. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For physical products sold by The Boss Life (including but not limited to planners, journals, and printed materials):

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The product must be unused and in new, original condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

No refund will be issued for physical products that have been used, damaged, or returned after the 30-day window.

6. SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS

For subscription-based software products all subscription fees are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

- Monthly or recurring subscription payments

- Annual or prepaid subscription fees

- Partial billing periods

- Unused time, features, credits, or capacity within a billing cycle

- Failed or unused integrations

- Inactivity or non-use

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals only. Access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for remaining time in a billing period that has already been charged.

Once a billing cycle has started, all associated charges are earned in full.

7. PAYMENT PLANS AND INSTALLMENT OBLIGATIONS

Where a payment plan option is offered, selecting a payment plan is a binding commitment to complete all scheduled installments in full.

You are obligated to complete all installments regardless of whether you have started, completed, or used any portion of the Product or Service. Partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction does not modify or relieve your payment obligations.

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in:

- Suspension or termination of access to the program, community, bonuses, or associated benefits

- Referral to a collections process for outstanding balances

Suspension or termination of access due to missed payments does not cancel, reduce, or waive any remaining payment obligations. You remain responsible for all outstanding installments.

8. NO REFUNDS FOR TERMINATION OR MISUSE

No refund will be issued if your access to any Product or Service is suspended or terminated due to:

- Violation of the applicable Terms of Service

- Abuse of staff, community members, or support channels

- Sharing, distributing, or reproducing program materials or software content without authorization

- Intellectual property violations

- Fraud, misuse, or deceptive conduct

- Excessive or abusive usage of platform resources

- Harassment, unethical conduct, or violations of community guidelines

Removal from any program, community, or platform for cause does not entitle you to a refund, and does not relieve you of any remaining payment obligations.

9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Chargebacks and payment disputes filed with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor are not an acceptable or valid method of requesting a refund.

If you initiate or allow a chargeback or payment dispute:

- Your access to all Products, Services, communities, and bonuses may be suspended or terminated immediately

- Any bonuses, additional resources, or features may be permanently revoked

- You may forfeit all access and associated benefits permanently

- You may be held responsible for chargeback fees and associated administrative costs

- We may provide account records, access logs, and usage data to the payment processor or financial institution in connection with the dispute

Initiating a chargeback is considered a material breach of the applicable Terms of Service and this Refund Policy.

10. DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS

Any refund, if ever granted by The Boss Life or is provided solely at our discretion. Discretionary refunds:

- Are not guaranteed under any circumstances

- Do not set precedent for future requests

- Do not waive or modify this Refund Policy or the applicable Terms of Service

If a discretionary refund is issued, access to the applicable Product or Service, community, bonuses, and all related resources will be terminated immediately upon issuance.

11. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY

If you are an active affiliate and you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or cancellation of the product or service associated with your affiliate membership, your affiliate eligibility is subject to immediate cancellation. Any pending or unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Full terms are outlined in the applicable affiliate program agreement.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.

Please note that submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a refund. All decisions regarding refunds are made in accordance with this policy.

13. PROCESSING TIME

In the event a refund is approved at our discretion, please allow [5-10] business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this General Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Products or Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
