We are glad you are here. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We want you to feel confident that your information is in good hands.
Who We Are
The Boss Life is operated by 10112746 Manitoba Ltd. DBA The Boss Life, a Canadian corporation. We host webinar registrations and sell digital courses and programs.
We collect information in two ways: directly from you, and automatically when you use our website or programs.
Information you provide:
Name, email address, and phone number, collected when you register for a webinar, purchase a program, or join our community.
Payment details, collected at checkout and processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your card number or banking information directly.
Testimonials, feedback, written reviews, and media (photos, video, audio), submitted voluntarily or captured during live events.
Information collected automatically:
IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via standard website analytics tools when you visit our site.
Affiliate referral data. If you arrived through a partner or affiliate link, that referral may be tracked for commission attribution purposes.
Why We Collect It
Deliver what you purchased. Send course access, webinar links, and program materials.
Communicate with you. Send confirmations, receipts, program updates, and marketing messages you have opted into.
Process payments. Complete and record your transactions securely.
Run our affiliate program. Attribute sales and calculate commissions.
Improve our services. Understand how people interact with our site and programs.
Meet legal obligations. Maintain financial records as required by the Canada Revenue Agency (minimum 7 years) and comply with applicable law.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. The only time your information leaves our hands is when we need to work with trusted service providers and contractors to actually run this business and serve you well. These are the categories of providers we work with and why:
Our payment processor handles all transactions and keeps your payment records secure. They are the backbone of how we collect payments safely and ensure your financial information is protected.
Our customer relationship and marketing platform powers our CRM, email and SMS communication, webinar registration, and course delivery. Basically, when we send you an email or you access your training, this platform is doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
Our affiliate tracking provider manages our affiliate program, including referral tracking and commission management. If you referred someone (or were referred by someone), this is how we keep that accurate and fair.
Our community and advertising platforms connect you to program participant groups and support our advertising and retargeting campaigns so we can reach and serve people like you.
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data handling terms. We require that our service providers protect your information and use it only for the purposes we direct.
Business Transfers:If The Boss Life or 10112746 Manitoba Ltd. goes through a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or liquidation, your personal information may be part of that transition. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any successor entity honors the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure to Prevent Harm:We may disclose personal information when we have reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure is necessary to prevent physical, financial, or reputational harm to you, to us, or to a third party, or to prevent interference with the rights or property of others.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Transaction and financial records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with CRA requirements.
Marketing contact records are kept as long as you remain subscribed or as required for legal or business purposes.
Program access data is retained for the duration of your access and a reasonable period thereafter.
If you would like to request deletion of personal information that is not subject to a legal retention requirement, please contact us at [email protected]. We are happy to help.
